Our charge for an energy rating certificate is dependent on the type of property, its layout and structural complexity and when its suits you for the survey to take place. The charges shown below include VAT and BER Cert publication fee. These charges are for normal weekday working hours.
- Studio or 1 bed apartment: €175
- 1 bed house or 2 bed apartment: €185
- 2 bed house or 3 bed apartment: €205
- 3 bed house: €225
- 4 bed house: €245
Please ask for a quote for houses with extensions, larger houses or for new builds.
